Great company. Had 2 springs replaced, Brad was fast and knowledgeable. Girls called and emailed with updates on appointment and when technician would arrive. Then Brad called with an estimated time and arrived promptly.

***** was extremely polite and gave great recommendations on what to do to get our door to be as quiet as possible. He ended up fixing our door and replacing our motor with one that has built in lights so our garage is extra bright it also has a battery backup so when our power goes out I dont have to lift it. Our garage is so quiet and the springs he put on are powder coated red so they look much better. The garage is quieter and running better than the day it was installed. Gave a call to A1 needing a garage door opener installed, the receptionists were extremely kind and able to give me a competitive price over the phone with a technician coming out the next day. Dakota showed up on time and did an excellent job, no hidden fees and he walked me through all the features of my new opener. I highly recommend A1 and Dakota for anyone needing garage door services!

Originally happy with calls and emails letting me know when ***** would arrive but disappointed when I asked for a paper receipt from ***** and ****** for paying cash for 2 springs ******. I gave him ****** and a bottle of water to go. He was anxious to sell me a new garage door ******* but I told him I was laid off from work and he kept saying "when can I follow up with you?" If you want a sale, *****, then follow up by mailing my receipt first then talk later.
