Arrived right on time and door tech, ******, clearly knew his stuff. I had a coupon for a $45 “tune-up” which I hoped would reduce the increasingly noisy opening of my 12 yo door. When I called in and told them I had a coupon they said that there was an additional $20 charge for the truck to come which put me off a bit but I figured it was still a pretty good deal so I went for it. From start to finish 5 STARS! Corey came out to give an estimate to replace my tired 1980's steel door and was able to meet my budget. He was prompt and friendly and made us feel at ease. Install day came and Justin and Dakota arrived to remove and haul old door and install my new door. Both techs were friendly and professional. Their work was accurate and fast. The A1 service representative, ****** F****** did an awesome job. We had received a coupon for a tune up special and definitely took advantage of it. A1 had installed our garage door opener in 2018. It was time for a tune-up and inspection. He was here promptly as promised. We received an email prior to his arrival so we knew who to expect. He also made recommendations that we might consider in the future regarding our garage door and garage door opener. Thanks So Much ******..............and A1..
