Tech (**************) explained what happened to my door & had all necessary parts on truck to do the repair. Tech was well trained & very professional. Very good customer **********************, but prices are high! Would recommend company to others.

Giving God the praise and glory for A1 Garage business and my installer ****** who is so kind , personable and knowledgeable and an educator on my brand new garage with a lifetime warranty . God chose these folks to be put in my path for a purpose . GOD DOING WHAT HE IS FAMOUS FOR ...FAVORED!

***** did a great job working the issue we had and completed it without having to replace one panel of the garage door, which I thought was going to happen. If you need garage door help, A1 is who to call!

Complete RIP off, just wanted service check. Said need new springs, did not offer extension springs,said need whole new system at $500 bucks,Amazed me, said no way. Had Eagle garage door out and that installed 4 new springs and readjusted doors, st $115 .Paid A-1 $105 for nothing! Don't let that happen to you.

I had great service. Or technician, ******, gave me a call before arriving showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. I just needed a basic service on our door and I appreciated him not trying to sell me on additional services. He took the time to explain what he had done and gave me tips for the future. I’d use them again!

A1 Garage Door Service sent a picture of the technician, *******, and a time frame for him to arrive within. ******* did an inspection, checking the working of the garage door and completed the work in a timely manner. He was efficient and did a excellent job fixing our garage door. I would highly recommend A1 for garage door service. They seem to be very professional in their work and how they run their business.

Technician called and told us he could come earlier than the scheduled time so I told him to come ahead and he was here within 30 minutes. He did an excellent job replacing the door, rails, and springs and hauled the old stuff away when he left. I would definately recommend this company.
