I like their service since they send the picture and information about their technician who is coming out. Calling for the status of technician and time they will get to your house. Service made was same day call. It was a bit expensive replacement of Lifetime springs and rollers. Danny was a great technician and explained the options properly. Amazing work!

Very pleased with the tune-up of my garage door. ******* did a great job at making my door run more smoothly, and it no longer slams shut. Their upsale on replacing the door, motor, rollers was a bit pushy considering I stated I'm furloughed and tight on money, but I also understand that is their job (and that my door is in pretty rough shape). Services provided was amazing though. Strongly recommend.

They even sent a text message with a picture of the technician, *******, and a time frame for him to arrive within. ******* did an quick inspection inspection, and found a worn logic board. Cost was very reasonable for parts and amount of equipment installed. Texted me throughout entire process, and also called 2 times. The best service I've gotten for ANY service call of any industry. When we had a major garage failure, they were very helpful in getting someone out ASAP. ***, the technician assigned to our job, was extremely friendly, professional and patient in explaining the issues and offered options that we could consider. He seemed to genuinely care that our garage door would operate properly when he left and would provide good operation in the future. Give *** a raise! He certainly represents your company well.
