Jeff called in advance to let me know his arrival time. He has serviced my door for years. He was professional, friendly, courteous and knew exactly what to do. He repaired and serviced the door in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Armstrong/Jeff to anyone needing garage door repairs or service!

Piece broke on the garage motor---A1 came out and started with a big sales pitch and a 29 point inspection and told us that the springs are shot, the motor is broken and that the only option is a $2800 full spring repair with a fancy new motor. Of course, I looked up our motor which cost under $200 and asked why we can't have one in that price range. In the end, we felt uncomfortable with the situation, accepted the results of the inspection and asked to think about it. I called another company and they came out and fixed it... read more
