I had the garage door on one of our properties crooked and out of rail. I appreciate that A1 sent a tech immediately since I had to get this door fixed. They first quoted me $440 for putting the door back in its place and then quoted me for some other repairs (springs, drum, bearings, etc). When I look at the material they have used they marked up everything sometime more than 10x. Jeff out of the Oviedo location was our service technician for our Clopay garage door repair. Couldn't have asked for better service! We had an appointment within two days of calling Armstrong. Jeff not only showed up on time but was a little early! We had one broken spring and asked Jeff to go ahead and replace both springs. While he was working on the springs, he pointed out the bad condition that the rollers were in. They were the original 40 year old rollers so we asked him to go ahead and replace those as well. Jeff out of the Oviedo location was our service technician for our Clopay garage door repair. Couldn't have asked for better service! We had an appointment within two days of calling Armstrong. A1 Garage is NOT licensed in the ****************. They sold me a new garage door install in April. Told me 4 weeks for install, then 10 weeks, called 6/20 and found out they are not waiting on permits there waiting on an actual license to be able to get a permit. They should not be selling anything with out a license and have been misrepresenting themselves to customers.
