***** was awesome. He arrived on time when he said he would,, worked quickly and efficiently. Provided lots of information, hints, ideas. Great technician. He pointed out a flaw in a panel and immediately ordered the replacement parts. When he came back (during stay at home order) he was very mindful of distancing yet still able to provide great service and information. Thanks, *****! I would recommend A1 Garage Door Service to anyone.

Tech did nothing but give me a **** for $140 and all he did was open the door and didn’t fix anything do work these people they take your money and you lose contact the garage door doctor instead

***** was awesome. Arrived exactly when he said he would. Door install was done carefully, he cleaned up when done. He spotted flaw in door panel that I might not have even seen. Ordered new panels immediately. New panels arrived after social distancing put in place. ***** came back to install those and was very careful about distancing. We are very pleased with the service, the door, and communication with A1. Would recommend them to anyone.

I can honestly say that from start to finish this was one of the most professional service companies I have ever worked with. From the efficiency to coming out the next day during a pandemic to getting the job done in a timely fashion. The two gentlemen that worked the job were courteous responsive and professional throughout. ****** the installer and ****** the estimator were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I can honestly say that I do not have one complaint.
