Service was very prompt and repair rep was very friendly. However. I was quoted $850+ for my garage door spring replacement. I was told that it was an industrial spring for my heavy door. Further, I was asked to put down a 60% deposit because the spring was a custom job. I said I wasnt prepared to spend that kind of money and would have to let him know. We recently had our garage opener replaced and Chris with A1 Garage Door Service did an excellent job. Very professional, polite and explained the new equipment to us. He cleaned the area once he was finished and explained the warranty on the new opener. We'll definitely contact this company again for our garage door needs. Great customer service!
