If there was a star rating that was indicative of sub zero, that is what I would give. My door needs to be replaced. I had a rep come out to bid the replacement, and I agreed to do an upgraded door ONLY because it was in stock and could be installed in two weeks. This is very important as I am under protective orders and in a house that cannot be secured, so time is of the essence, and they knew this. On 03/18/2022 we had to call customer to reschedule due to a Tech injury. Our Install Coordinator (******) called customer and rescheduled for 04/07/2022. On 04/07/2022 we received an email from Amarr (Supplier) stating that they did not have the order due to the plant sending the wrong order. They had sent the wrong sections to A1 Garage Door Service. Our supplier indicated that they would let us know once this has been corrected and available. Our Install Coordinator (*******) called the customer and told her the vendor di... read more

Called Armstrong to replace a broken spring on my garage door. They came highly recommended from a friend, so I wasn't surprised at how helpful they were on the phone. Scheduled us for the first appointment on a Friday. John showed up right on time and did a thorough inspection of our door. We knew it hadn't been serviced in at least 15 years, so he walked my husband through some recommended updates. We had him do everything he suggested and now our door is like new!
