I contacted this outfit just after the lockdown, and a hurried John Bevan told me that he would put me on a waiting list. About 3 weeks later, he left a message on my ansaphone, saying, could I come along in one hour's time? Otherwise they will be back in touch. I called him to say I could not at such short notice, but would like to have my feet seen to, and he promised me he would be in touch. Which he has not done.
