We hired a Kia vehicle for 2 days from this business. A1 was recommended to us by a local, and was also located super close to our hotel. The booking process was easy, the car was spotless and had a full tank of petrol, and there were unlimited km allowed. We paid a bond which was very quickly refunded after we returned the car. The owner was polite and efficient and took the time to give us a map of Cairns' surrounds and recommend which areas we should visit. Wonderful service from start to finish!

After realizing we were about to pay too much at a major car rental for 8 days, we were more than happy to save nearly a thousand dollars to rent with A1. The service was great, G and Rosa couldn't have been more helpful and the Corolla was clean, comfortable and economical. Well done team! Totally satisfied.

We rented a Jeep for a fun day out exploring, and it was brilliant. The team showed us everything we needed to know and even talked us through an itinerary for the day. Would highly recommend!

Hired a basic Corolla sedan for 2 weeks and found the process very easy with these guys, and the price quite reasonable. They were in very close proximity to the hotels we stayed at (on Lake St) making it super easy to return the vehicle as well (just walked back to hotel, no taxi required). Apparently they have after-hours drop off as well, which I didn't have to use but it's notably not available at all other places. Would have no problem in recommending them, and will likely use them again next time.
