Excellent engagement throughout and very professional
Last room to be modernised since buying the house a long time ago. After a long time working out what we wanted, we decided to opt for quality and design over price. A1 was our supplier of choice as the design and professionalism shone through. This was also the case when the work was carried out to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the result.
Recently had our dated kitchen replaced by A1. With our recent bad run of trades over the years it was a huge relief to deal with such a friendly and professional organisation. Everything from the design with Alison, to the fitting by Fred and team went perfectly. Any issues or adjustments were sorted quickly and we were kept informed throughout the whole process by Rob. We got A1 to upgrade, remodel and install our bathrooms and WC and they did a fabulous job! From the initial planning and guidance, where their experience and expertise guided us so well, to the fantastic team who came to install and bring the plans to life, we were honestly blown away by how good everything has been.
