Great Products and Work I purchased half of the windows for my home from Jacks and am thrilled with the quality and work done by their people. I choose them after using another company for the first half of my windows, and the whole process and windows are so much better that I might eventually replace replace my other windows with them. Good Windows Had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They were way less expensive than the two other companies we had out (for high-end products) and we are glad we invested. Very friendly and helpful. Still waiting on my MI Adventure Tickets, but she said they mailed that to me at the end of last week.
great work great products We had 5 estimates they are they cheapest for triple pane. The windows came in three weeks. The installers did a very good job and cleaned up well. I will recommend to freinds
Wasted sales rep I can only rate my review based on the sales rep which arrive smelling like gin & sweating bullets. I let him go through this presentation which seemed okay. Then he told me a price & got upset because I told him I still have to get another quote because he was the first. He didn't even give me his estimate in writing. He just gathered his things and marched out the door. Needless to say I won't even consider this place.
RIP OFF!!! I replaced all the Windows in my house to start with Scott lied through his teeth about the efficiency of the Windows. Told him I wanted triple pane and received double pane. The Windows all leak air they claim there is to much humidity in the house ran a dehumidifier still sweat from cold air leaking through. The seals have mold where air is coming through the sills are molding from all the condensation and the bottom of each window has mold growing . Horrible costomer service I was blown away with how rude they were to me on the phone when I had questions. The make empty promises for free products if you have an in home estimate and if you buy a house full of windows. The site claims to be proud of their costumer service but it was HORRIBLE. I spent 10 grand on windows and never saw any of the promised promotions! Go elsewhere!
NO Warranty Not a lifetime warranty. I purchesed windows fron Jack's in 1997 and was satisfied for a few years. The windows began fogging up and they replaced a few. Now there are 5 more windows that have fogged because of poor workmanship and they will not stand by them. They told me they do not make the windows and their supplier won't replace them. Disappointed Well, I have seen some very good reviews of this company and wonder if I am crazy. I think I am a relatively easygoing person but we had the opposite experience. We picked Jacks because of all the good reviews but he had issues from the very beginning. We ordered windows for our entire house and a back french door. Did a wonderful job I saw their advertisement in a local Herald-Palladium newspaper and called for an estimate to replace two large windows in front of my house. The next day, Scott arrived. He described the service provided by your company and showed me a model of the windows they sell. I was impressed by Mr. Scott's knowledge and the workmanship of your product and was assured when he promised professional installation.
