bow window i had them put a bow window in the front of our house. we didn't have any problems and everything looks much nicer. i would refer them to people. they gave me a free thermostat for having them come out but it doesn't work.

Disappointed Well, I have seen some very good reviews of this company and wonder if I am crazy. I think I am a relatively easygoing person but we had the opposite experience. We picked Jacks because of all the good reviews but he had issues from the very beginning. We ordered windows for our entire house and a back french door. They told us everything would be in in 2 weeks. After waiting 2 weeks we called to find out the status. Wasted sales rep I can only rate my review based on the sales rep which arrive smelling like gin & sweating bullets. I let him go through this presentation which seemed okay. Then he told me a price & got upset because I told him I still have to get another quote because he was the first. He didn't even give me his estimate in writing. He just gathered his things and marched out the door. Needless to say I won't even consider this place.

Horrible costomer service I was blown away with how rude they were to me on the phone when I had questions. The make empty promises for free products if you have an in home estimate and if you buy a house full of windows. The site claims to be proud of their costumer service but it was HORRIBLE. I spent 10 grand on windows and never saw any of the promised promotions! Go elsewhere!

good experience They installed 20 windows for our ranch house last week. I had a great experience with everyone - very helpful, friendly, etc. The installers seemed to know what they were doing and the work looks great! Overall great experience, start to finish.

jacks windows in trailer Jack's did an okay job with the windows on my trailer. Did have one problem (one came in cracked), but they did fix it later. Might use them for siding in the future, we'll see how the windows hold out for me. Quality of work and service was very good though.

Siding Do not use this company without expecting to be frustrated. Poor communication between their sub contractors and office results in us not knowing what is going on. 2 months later, problems are still not fixed. Three people (at different times) looked at damaged trim they installed so it can be ordered and still, we do not know if it was ordered. We have never had a call from the office informing us of schedule changes; plus they make you feel like you are bothering them. In conclusion, if you want to be left in the da... read more

jacks window overall pretty good experience. nice people in sales and installation, very friendly. window seems pretty decent, can't wait to try it out this winter in the cold. salesman said that i'd probably see 40 - 60% energy savings with 3 pane, we'll see if he's right. took the install crew an extra 1/2 day because they ran into trouble, but other than that all went well.

Good Service I had a problem with a windows bought from Jack. I called them and they set an appointment for me. Two days later the service man came and fixed the problem.
