great demonstration For some reason when I saw uncle sam wink at me I could not resist, LOL. I have not had the windows installed yet but have had a goodd experience so far. very low pricing for what they are selling, well cheaper than hansons and sears. DO NOT CALL CHAMPION! Great Job Great experience start to finish. Salesperson was very nice, helpful, and not pushy. Price was a third less than everyone else. Installers were very nice, courteous, great work, cleaned up. A+!
jack's hoesale window! this is one of the best experiences i have had with a home improvement company. you would not believe how professonal they are, you won't believe how low their pricesare, and the quality of work is fantastic! the only gripe i have about the company is how annoying it is to get ahold of one of the managers - i had to wait on hold for 3 minutes, although they did mention that he was busy with a call and had another call lined up. oh well, great job!!!!!
This "Insider" Site is Laughable I have used Jack's products and worked at the company. The complaints on this site are a joke. The standard agreement that the company uses clearly specifies that the manufacturer is responsible for the product warranty. Would you expect your local car dealer to fix your Chrysler if/when they go out of business? How is Jack's supposed to fix a window that they can't even get parts for? Fantasit Job Had out four companies for estimate, Jack's was the least. Their salesperson beat the other bids by $100. I also liked their window the most. The installers were very friendly, the salesman was not pushy and genuinely seemed interested in helping. The windows were in quicker than I thought - less than 4 weeks - and they look GREAT! I have had comments on them from 6 different neighbors. Our house stands out from the others. I would refer them to anyone who asks!!
good job jack's came out to replace 13 windows in our trailer. i was happy with there respnse becuz they were the only company that called me back. i put my phone number into 2 other online sites and they didnt even call. oh well they are out the business. they did a good job and the instalers were fast and nice. like wat i see.
Employee,customer and advocate I was nervous when I first read this online. The truth was explained to me by jack himself. Jacks is being slandered by a disgruntled employee. Doesn't it seem just a little bit obvious that the 6 happy customers are all 5 stars and the balance are 1 star. very happy I recently purchased windows from jacks and i live in Portage Mi. First of all i would like to say that everyone was very friendly and polite . I called and they set a time around my schedule. They were very prompt and professional and came in at $500 below hansons. The installation was quick and they really seem to care about our home, my wife and I are very happy and would gladly recommend jacks to anyone . Great Job My experience with Jack's was great from begining to end. My company representitive was great, and everything he showed me became a reality at installation. My heating bills went down and I'm sure my property values went up. I would tell everyone to get windows from them.
