Employee,customer and advocate I was nervous when I first read this online. The truth was explained to me by jack himself. Jacks is being slandered by a disgruntled employee. Doesn't it seem just a little bit obvious that the 6 happy customers are all 5 stars and the balance are 1 star. Job Well Done My wife and I decided on Jacks Wholesale after getting many other estimates. Jacks had the best salesman by far and the best windows for the money. Our windows were installed a few weeks ago and we can already feel the difference in our home, and would absolutely recommend Jack's.
very happy I recently purchased windows from jacks and i live in Portage Mi. First of all i would like to say that everyone was very friendly and polite . I called and they set a time around my schedule. They were very prompt and professional and came in at $500 below hansons. The installation was quick and they really seem to care about our home, my wife and I are very happy and would gladly recommend jacks to anyone . great experience with jack's windows Had a GREAT experience with this company. Jack's is one company that isn't outsourcing it to some country on the other side of the planet. You can call 24 hours a day and get a live voice, a live AMERICAN voice. I had a problem with my picture window - a kid in our neighborhood threw a rock at it and it cracked - and they came out, free of charge, and replaced it. bow window i had them put a bow window in the front of our house. we didn't have any problems and everything looks much nicer.
good job estimator was out to my house late february. they were the 2nd estimate, but decided to cancel the 3rd because they were the price i was looking to spend for - what looked like - a good product.
Fantasit Job Had out four companies for estimate, Jack's was the least. Their salesperson beat the other bids by $100. I also liked their window the most. The installers were very friendly, the salesman was not pushy and genuinely seemed interested in helping.
