Poor service I had 7 windows installed by this place and they did not do a very good job. I had a problem with leakage in the first month and I couldnt even get anyone to come out and look at it. The capping on the outside of the windows is horrible. Even has open areas where water can get into.
Great Products and Work I purchased half of the windows for my home from Jacks and am thrilled with the quality and work done by their people. I choose them after using another company for the first half of my windows, and the whole process and windows are so much better that I might eventually replace replace my other windows with them. Top notch service and windows
Great experience at Jacks My experience with Jacks was a wonderful one from the time I phoned the store until my windows were installed. My estimate was set at a time convenient for me and my salesman was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had several other estimates and Jacks was by far the best buy for my dollar. The installers were prompt, professional and did a beautiful job. I could not be happier with my windows and will use Jacks again for every home improvement need I have.
Great Job Great experience start to finish. Salesperson was very nice, helpful, and not pushy. Price was a third less than everyone else. Installers were very nice, courteous, great work, cleaned up.
We Like Them Jack's Wholesale installed our windows in the middle of last winter. Our salesperson was very helpful in the decision, and surprisingly easy to get along with. He did not pressure us to buy, and in fact suggested options which saved us money (he said we wouldn't like the grids).
This "Insider" Site is Laughable I have used Jack's products and worked at the company. The complaints on this site are a joke. The standard agreement that the company uses clearly specifies that the manufacturer is responsible for the product warranty. Would you expect your local car dealer to fix your Chrysler if/when they go out of business? How is Jack's supposed to fix a window that they can't even get parts for? pretty good job jacks did a pretty decent job on our house. it doesn't look half bad. did 5 in front of my house, probably will do the rest in the fall. they were fairly easy to get along with and the service was pretty good.
experience with jacks We purchased windows from Jack's and they were installed about a week ago. Overall the experience was pretty good. The installers were polite, the guy who came out to price the windows was helpful, and they were always ready to answer our questions. The only problem I had was that they had to reschedule my measure - but I guess there was a death in the family of the measureman.
