Poor service I had 7 windows installed by this place and they did not do a very good job. I had a problem with leakage in the first month and I couldnt even get anyone to come out and look at it. The capping on the outside of the windows is horrible. Even has open areas where water can get into.

pretty good job jacks did a pretty decent job on our house. it doesn't look half bad. did 5 in front of my house, probably will do the rest in the fall. they were fairly easy to get along with and the service was pretty good. their salespaople and installers are very friendly. i liked the specials they had going when i called.

We Like Them Jack's Wholesale installed our windows in the middle of last winter. Our salesperson was very helpful in the decision, and surprisingly easy to get along with. He did not pressure us to buy, and in fact suggested options which saved us money (he said we wouldn't like the grids). The installers were also very nice, and did great work. Jack's Wholesale Windows Jack's Wholesale Windows have the lowest aer infiltration. I did compare their product with their competitors. On Price/Quality the ratio are far better. My house have now this windows installed. Me and my wife are very pleased with the windows and recommend them to others.

cheap I was very happy with the price! I got every other window for free! They were half the price of any of the legitimate companies I saw, and close to some of the smaller guys installing a questionable window. I purchased yesterday and they have not yet been installed. I am fairly confident that they will do a great job because they did for my parents. The only complaint was that one of the screens was ripped after the install was done. (My dad didn't let that go.) I will update this when they are installed - Becky

experience with jacks We purchased windows from Jack's and they were installed about a week ago. Overall the experience was pretty good. The installers were polite, the guy who came out to price the windows was helpful, and they were always ready to answer our questions. The only problem I had was that they had to reschedule my measure - but I guess there was a death in the family of the measureman. The windows look great, but the best part was the price. Job Well Done My wife and I decided on Jacks Wholesale after getting many other estimates. Jacks had the best salesman by far and the best windows for the money. Our windows were installed a few weeks ago and we can already feel the difference in our home, and would absolutely recommend Jack's.

Slider I had Jack's install a new patio slider in my cottage. They were very professional and friendly from start to finish. The work is great! It looks like a new house from the back. They had some trouble getting the old metal slider out but they took their time and the quality of their work shows. I would also refer my sales associate, John, to anyone.

beautiful job jack's put siding up on our house and now it looks completely different! i can't believe how much different it looks. everyone was very courteous and respectful, and the salespeople were very helpful. i want to get their windows before fall. i have an in-law who has their windows and he loves them. 5/5!
