had great expireance I read some of these complaint's and thought I would write a good one. I have had no problem at all with Jacks. I used them on 3 of my homes and my family and neighbors used this company and always had good service
RIP OFF!!! I replaced all the Windows in my house to start with Scott lied through his teeth about the efficiency of the Windows. Told him I wanted triple pane and received double pane. The Windows all leak air they claim there is to much humidity in the house ran a dehumidifier still sweat from cold air leaking through. The seals have mold where air is coming through the sills are molding from all the condensation and the bottom of each window has mold growing . NO Warranty Not a lifetime warranty. I purchesed windows fron Jack's in 1997 and was satisfied for a few years. The windows began fogging up and they replaced a few. Now there are 5 more windows that have fogged because of poor workmanship and they will not stand by them. They told me they do not make the windows and their supplier won't replace them. Did a wonderful job I saw their advertisement in a local Herald-Palladium newspaper and called for an estimate to replace two large windows in front of my house. The next day, Scott arrived. He described the service provided by your company and showed me a model of the windows they sell. I was impressed by Mr. Scott's knowledge and the workmanship of your product and was assured when he promised professional installation. :) jacks put in a large slider in the front of my house, and soem glass block windows in the basement. i was very happy with the work that they did, although they did reschedule the initial sales appointment a few hours before the salesperson was due to show up. the windows, quality, and customer service has been great. i am very happy i went with them. the installers were great, they even cleaned up and vaccumed some debris that wasnt even theirs. very happy.
great experience with jack's windows Had a GREAT experience with this company. Jack's is one company that isn't outsourcing it to some country on the other side of the planet. You can call 24 hours a day and get a live voice, a live AMERICAN voice. I had a problem with my picture window - a kid in our neighborhood threw a rock at it and it cracked - and they came out, free of charge, and replaced it. Great experience at Jacks My experience with Jacks was a wonderful one from the time I phoned the store until my windows were installed. My estimate was set at a time convenient for me and my salesman was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had several other estimates and Jacks was by far the best buy for my dollar. The installers were prompt, professional and did a beautiful job. I could not be happier with my windows and will use Jacks again for every home improvement need I have.
great work great products We had 5 estimates they are they cheapest for triple pane. The windows came in three weeks. The installers did a very good job and cleaned up well. I will recommend to freinds
new windows this was the most knoledgeable company of the 4 we had out. I am glad that we finally brought our purchasing to a close. The salesman had been with the company for six years, where the other 3 hadn't been there very long, or didn't really talk about the product at all.
