I just had Jay out to rekey the locks to my new house. Not only did he do what I had asked him out here for but he also gave me some valuable advice on how to make my home more secure. He was straight forward about his pricing before he got out to the house and there were no surprises. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith!

We called with being locked out of our and Jay came out as soon as he could. He was very professional through the whole process and my car open within minutes. I was presently surprised with the cost.

Jay was the best! If you are looking for a professional company who knows their stuff, this is the place. He worked quickly and expertly and showed me what he was doing all along the way. He fixed things that others had missed which now makes me very sure of my security! He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with his service. 5 stars!

Jay just performed a same-day repair for me and my experience matches the other positive reviews. He clearly takes great care to make sure that the client is informed and happy with his services. As he said when leaving, "I want to make sure you and your family are safe." and I really believe he meant it. In addition to the requested repair, he pointed out other home security things that we were doing right or wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or call them again if I need assistance.

I would highly recommend A-Tri-County lock for any of your needs around the house. Jay came and did an extremely good, as well as efficient job of replacing hardware on one of our doors, and re-keying several other doors and deadbolts. Jay worked very hard to stay within my budget, and even went out of his way to drill some additional holes and insert some screws to help support the door hinges, which I didn't even realize needed to be done. He was very thorough, and worked with my best interests in mind.

I had the ignition cylinder in my Ford Focus lock up, a common problem, and tried to drill it out myself after finding a tutorial on the internet. After breaking a few drill bits and making a general mess, I decided it would be best to call a locksmith to finish the job. My family was on an Alaskan cruise when our house sitter called us somehow. He told me that he had locked the key to our house, inside the house.
