As a renter, I was given keys to doors that just didn’t work. So I managed to just work with the key that worked all my deadbolts. Unfortunately, out of habit, I locked the door handle lock – the lock that I did not have a key for! It was 9:30 at night and I was in a panic. Jay and Freddie of A-Tri County Lock were professional, fair, skilled at their profession, and left our house in better condition than when they arrived. I would highly recommend their company to those in need of a locksmith. They changed four locks on our house, keyed the locks to our current keys and provided us extra keys. A-Tri-County Lock travels with all the equipment they need in their truck, which made things efficient.

Awesome Customer Service and reasonable prices!! When other companies were too busy to accomodate us, they made the time to address our emergency lockout, and as a result, I have used them a few times for my company to unlock and re-key our offices. They ALWAYS provide excellent, timely service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith.

I was very impressed by the prompt and professional response that Jay gave my husband and myself in installing a new doorknob and deadbolt system in our home. Even though he had a fully scheduled day, he made the time to fit us in. I would, and will give the highest recommendation for anyone to give A Tri County Lock a call for any locksmith needs they may have.

I called A-Tri-County Lock to rekey some of the locks to my new home. Jay called me back that same day and was at my house within 1-2 hours. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and gave excellent suggestions on how to better secure our home. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a locksmith. He is very professional, courtesy, and efficient.

I called A Tri County Lock tonight after locking myself out of my car at home. Jay arrived within 20 minutes (and delayed another job) and had my car unlocked within 2 minutes! Very professional and made me feel very comfortable despite being a young female alone at night. Thanks A Tri County Lock!
