Awesome, fair and fast. Jay replaced all the locks in our home. We have old doors and they werent an easy fix. Half the locks didnt work or the dead bolts wouldn't close all the way. Jay and crew made short work of all our issues. Everything works flawlessly now. Doors close smoothly and all the locks work great and now our keys work all the locks. Very professional and I could tell he genuinely cares about whether or not my homes locks work correctly and that my family is safe. Would recommend them to all. Great company.

Our business was broken into and we needed a couple of doors fixed, locks replaced and locks adjusted. I was notified on a Saturday afternoon and Jay showed up in less than an hour. He had everything repaired and/or replaced in less than 2 hours and was as professional as anyone could want. I called A Tri-County Lock to fix my slider door lock. I was impressed with the promptness of the service, and the fact that my lock was fixed quickly and worked perfectly! Because the service was so good, I called A Tri-County Lock again recently when I moved. Jay re-keyed my door locks, added bolts, and even saved me some money by fixing a door lock that I thought actually needed replaced. They showed up late when we had agreed on a time (showing up when I could not be there), unlocked my car, took the keys, and relocked the vehicle. They were very unprofessional and I will never use them again.

Our business called this company to extract a broken key from the safe. The person on the phone was courteous, friendly, professional and east to understand. The locksmith arrived quickly and on time. Again, the representative was professional, respectful and communicated well. The person extracted the broken key from the lock, made sure the safe lock was in good working order, and was on his way. The service was quick, reasonable and exceeded our expectations. We will use them again for our lock needs.
