Our neighbor was locked out and was in a hurry to be at an event. We called for him and A-Tri-County Lock came out quickly. The owner rapidly opened the lock without damage to the lock or door. The cost was reasonable and care was courteous. I recommend this business highly.

Long story short, my wife locked our 9 month old in our minivan and we'd lost our spare key. The 9 month old is crying hysterically and we call Jay. He DROPPED what he was doing and was on scene and able to open the lock in about 10 minutes. You cannot possibly find better service than that. You just cannot. He is a lifesaver. Dean D. Jay from A Tri-County Lock is a trustworthy and extremely knowledgable man who can diagnose all types of lock problems. He is the lock doc! He was able to fix lock problems I've been having for 7 years, due to faulty installation at the time my house was built. He had lots of super helpful tips too, but above all, he is someone you can trust. His price was very fair and he worked hard and was efficient. I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a lock smith.

I am a young single woman who just bought her first house. The seller only gave me one key which only opened one of the 4 doors to my house and garage. I wanted the locks changed ASAP for fear that there were keys to my house floating around in dishonest hands. I found Tri-County on here and read their reviews and gave them a call. Hired A-Tri-County to rekey and replace a few exterior locks. Jay was exceptionally knowledegable and helpful. He did not push me into paying for services I didn't need, and even saved me some money by repairing one lock onsite that I was prepared to replace. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and will call them for any future service I might need. These guys do it the right way.
