My experience with touch of class on 20th October 2024 was not very good I give one stars, which is a pity because it started off pretty good the limousine turned up on time the driver was smart and pleasant he even had a cup of tea at my house. We explained to Geoff the route and directions this printed out sheet of paper easy to read he looked at it and said this spot I can follow this fine. We used A Touch of Class for our wedding in the Lake District in May 2024. The car separately collected groom and bridal parties from the hotel and took them to the church, and took the bride and groom back to the hotel for the wedding reception after the ceremony. The car looked fantastic, receiving a number of compliments from guests, with ribbons put on the car as requested. It was punctual, arriving at the requested time. They have some every nice cars and very professional service they provide
Booked these cars for our wedding day, the only thing that went wrong for the entire day as the cars didn't bother to turn up the groomsmen had to find our own way there me and my best man in one car and then my other 4 ushers in another car of my brother in-law. we phoned the company at 1:20 after the pick up was due at 1:15 on the 7th July 2023 it was my mother that phoned and she was told the wedding isn't until the 7th because he assumed the wedding was on a Saturday then when the penny dropped he was wrong he sent 1 car... read more
We hired a lovely wedding car which arrived on time on the day. We had to change dates several times due to the pandemic which was all handled without any fuss. The driver was more than happy to accommodate our requests. We would highly recommend a Touch of Class Cumbria.
