Wonderful service, even though the wait was extensive. Lori and Samantha were phenomenal while taking X-rays and blood from my little guy. He was so scared, and they were very calm and reassuring to him. Debbie is very thorough and was also excellent with both my kiddies.
I would like to thank Nicki Bain and the nurses working at A+ Urgent Care for their professionalism. They were sympathetic and caring to anyone who walked into the urgent care. Made sure that everyone knew of the wait time and gave them choices of staying or receiving a phone call. I’m still at awe of how Ms. Bain called me on a Sunday night to let me know about the blood work that had to be taken came out and took time to answer my questions even though it was late. Thanks again A+ Urgent Care for doing an outstanding job.
