In Elko on business and had to come due to major pain in leg. Receptionist and Nurse we're very friendly, but had to wait 2 hours just to get in a room, and another half hour for Dr. Never have I been treated so rudely by anyone in the medical profession. She was short, snippy, and lacked any sort of care. Ended up walking out....after 3 hours. Would rather cut off my leg and deal with the pain than see that Dr. again. Will never go back!!!

The best staff in Elko! They go above and beyond to help you! I highly recommend them.
Went in today for strep throat even though then were closing in 20 minutes, they got me in and out in about a half an hour and the care was great, Dr. Rosenkrance was awesome. I wasn't a fan of my copay, but that's not their fault lol
Went in this afternoon for a work related injury and had great service from the moment I walked in the door. Melanie at the front desk, medical assistant Kim and Dr. Wright were awesome! I was kinda nervous but they all put me at ease :) Thank you A+!!
Not sure how this place has a 4.6 rating. Came in and had to wait 2 1/2 hrs just to get taking in the back and then over and hour just for the doctor to come in after telling them my mom couldn't breathe. Guess a headache is more important than breathing.
