I went into A+ Total Care due to having severe migraines. I had the pleasure to meet some wonderful medical assistants that helped me manage my migraines. The first medical assistant that helped me was named Pat and the other one's name was Heather. They both have compassion when it comes to caring for patients. I would highly recommend A+ Total Care due to the generous care that I received. From the front desk staff, to the physician Heather S., and the medicals assistants. You all were caring and compassionate.
A Plus Total care is a great place to go for your health care needs. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Pat Crespin , my nurse and Karen Wright , my Dr. are phenomenal! They don't mess around, you get results and it makes it so easy to handle. I'm making this my primary care facility.
When you have an appointment for a certain time don't make them wait over an hour in the waiting room! Appointment was at 8:30 and it's now 9:30 and I'm still sitting waiting. People who have walked in have gone back before me and I had an appointment
I went in there for a weight loss surgery consult. The offices are beautiful the receptionist at the front desk was right on it knew what was going on and where to go had me sign in very very pleasant experience. I want to thank them for having this weight loss specialist come once a month to see patients here in Elko rather than us having to go all the way to Salt Lake City. That makes it just awesome thank you a plus Total Care!
I was seen quickly and provided with excellent care. The staff were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Thanks for providing a much needed service in Elko.
Who enjoys going to the Dr, I don't!I get anxious, especially when I need to find a new one. I'm new to Elko and was looking for a primary /family physician. for the first time in a long time I actually felt complete peace after I my visit with Pat and JB. They both were friendly, professional and had the best bed side manner I've had in a very long time. They took their time and explained everything I needed to know . Thank you so much you guys! All of you ROCK @ A+!
Pat was my nurse and he was professional and thorough and extremely nice and cordial. My doctor was great, too and took the time to talk to me, discuss alternative options, and explain the cause of my symptoms. Overall a fantastic experience.
Wow! What a friendly and amazing staff. So helpful. My encounter with Pat Crespin was especially pleasant. I felt like I was in very competent hands.
