I have had two very difficult experiences and as usual it seems that it happens after work hours. A+ Urgent Care is there for our community and are very professional yet caring. Everything is very clean and orderly. They have never turned me away even if they are very busy. We are blessed to have this wonderful healthcare provider in the City of Elko.
Wonderful experience! We know who we will be using! The facility was so nice. I can't say enough good things about everybody that helped us!
Natalie, the medical assistant that gave us our flu shots was awesome but the receptionist that was on duty 11/1/14 in the morning acted like it was an imposition to answer our questions or wait on us.
