My wife and I are very happy with the job which A to Z did on the insulation of our 2-bedroom flat. A to Z replied to our initial enquiry and arranged a survey visit. The surveyor was punctual, thorough and helpful, setting out clearly the work which A to Z proposed to do and giving me a full quote for the job. I cannot give a 5* rating only because the installer stepped on a water pipe and caused a leak which required the attendance of an emergency plumber. However, this issue was handled in a thoroughly professional way: the plumber's bill was met without quibble and the company committed to paying for the necessary minor redecoration in the room below. We had a problem with the reinstalled loft ladder. The necessary adjustments were made without charge. Excellent after sales service!
