Love these guys!! Family owned business. I needed a new alternator and really wasnt pleased with the dealership anymore. A to Z told me to bring the car in on a Thursday and by Monday my car was fixed and they found something else wrong and replaced the part. They went to extra to help me out.

The question to ask yourself is this - Are the reviews here real? How can a shop be so good in this day and age of snarky service people and social media instant backlash? This place came highly recommended to me. As most of the other reviews state, I found Robert to be very polite, honest, practical and down to earth guy. He took time to explain minor details about the repair and gave various options and discussed those in great details. The work was completed satisfactorily in time. If you shop around, you might get a better price but you will not get the same level of service and dependability. Couldn't be happier with the service Rob and his team provides, always fair prices and fast. They worked hard to get as much covered under warranty as possible. Also happy to dumb things down so you can actually understand what's going on (if you aren't a car guy like myself)

After another repair shop said my engine needed to be replaced I called A to Z. Over the phone they were able to tell me there was an inexpensive repair saving me thousands of dollars. I have 6 repair shops closer to me but I will definitely be coming here from now on.

I have brought a few of my cars to A to Z, and every time I was told in detail what the issues were, what it would cost and how long it would take. I have been really impressed with the work that was done and the accurate estimates. I have recommended A to Z to a few friends, and I will continue to do so! There is no doubt that I will continue to go to A to Z if I have to.

I live out of town and was having car issues while traveling in Chicago/Elmhurst. These guys were fantastic! Met the owner. Diagnosed and fixed issue within an hour. A++

I tasked these guys with a very challenging project in replacing all brake lines from front to back in my 2003 Escalade. All of the lines were rusted, brackets were rusted, bleeders seized and the kit I provided to them was missing lines. Rob made the decision to order and replace the missing lines and ensured me that it was the best route to go. The quality of the work done at this shop was top notch.
