It's hard to find good, honest mechanics but this place fits the bill. They are kind, Christian people. The fact that they've been around for decades is proof that they do good business and care about their customers.
Excellent service, will charge what they say. Unfortunately it is more than other reputable repair shops. They are still better than others and can get the job done. They are willing to work with you, good to have options.
Great family team that services you with honor and respect. Communication is key and they provide that!
Such a great shop, and I will say the professionalism I was shown is the reason why I won't be taking my car to anyone else to be worked on. I wanted to wait to make sure my car was running well after the work to leave a review. Went in for a check engine light, and after a reasonable price to diagnosis the problem. Rob was great to work with and was willing to communicate openly with me about the issues and what work was being done to investigate / resolve. I'm very particular about the car and he was more than willing to listen and help however he could. He was extremely honest and far more helpful than needed. He openly discussed paths forward and what he felt the best options were. Clearly laying out the downsides and upsides - providing recommendations that weren't in the interest of him doing more work on the car when appropriate.
Just had our 2000 Malibu power window fixed. Another major repair facility quoted us $600 to replace the motor, regulator & switch. As car is 18 years old, we couldn't justify the cost. After doing some research, we ordered the parts from a parts dealer, and now needed a shop to put the parts in. My son recommended A to Z based on his past experience with them, and was impressed with them.
These guys did great work! I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. Less than $25 to get my driver's side tail light fixed. I'm sure I could have done it cheaper myself, but I'm no mechanic. I would definitely go to them again.
Minor work done on my car but lovely service nonetheless. I'll be sure to come back for repairs and service in the future.
Made an online appointment an oil change, and inspection and received a confirming call within hours. The inspection reported back a small issue to keep an eye on but nothing that required immediate repair. I appreciated the honest diagnosis since many mechanics would have attempted to sell additional repairs and labor.
