This place was fantastic, very good service, promptly completed and very reasonable price.
I'm a car guy and I'm pretty particular about my stuff - I wouldn't hesitate to return here with any of my vehicles and I highly recommend the shop.
I called 30 minutes before closing, expecting them to tell me I'd have to wait for another day. (Apparently former experiences have taught me to expect poor customer service, lol). But the crew at A to Z saw me right away, was very quick to the task, and the cost was very reasonable. These guys were very friendly, supportive, and accommodating.
I had my car service done at AtoZ auto repair a month ago. I like that they are family owned and operated business. They got expert repairmen and treat you like friends. I got repair done at fair price.
Seriously, one of the nicest auto shop experiences I've ever had (and I've had some nice ones). I showed up Friday morning with what I assumed was a dead battery. They checked it out, replaced it with the best value new battery, and sent me on my way in about 30 minutes. I wish this shop was closer to work or home because I'd happily go back there again.
I was in a car accident and selected A to Z based on the list my insurance company provided and also on reviews I researched online. I had about $8000.00 in damage to the rear end and sides of the car. It was rear ended while I was stopped at a light and the driver took off. My insurance covered all of it besides my deductible. I brought my car in for few time. Ricky took care of all my paperworks. The car took extra few days to fix it, but he offered me the cost of those extra rental days. Everything went fine. I finally had my brand new bumper and it looks great. Thank you for taking care of me!
Finally, an auto repair place where I feel comfortable that I'm getting the truth! I had brought my car into my dealer for an oil change and walked out with a list of 'necessary repairs' that was going to cost over $1000.00. Rob looked at my car and detailed what exactly was going on, not nearly as bad as the dealer made it sound. And as a father himself, I know he values safety. This is my new shop for everything auto.
Both my husband and I have gone to this Phenomenal auto repair shop many times. Each and every time we've had Great customer service. The best prices ever. Will continue to bring our business to this Dependable shop! Trustworthy and extremely helpful. In just one brief look I was told what the problem was and it was fixed immediately!
