They are so honest and friendly here, a real gem of an auto shop! If something doesn't need fixing they let me know, and give me all the options first when something does. They do a great job every time and I always have peace of mind.
I picked A to Z randomly based on the Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and even though the repair I needed was fairly extensive, they finished it the same day I brought the car in. They even came in a little under their initial estimate. I'm comfortable giving A to Z a high recommendation and I intend to use them again for future repairs.
Well l finally got some time to write this review. I took my 2005 Nissan Armada in for a tune-up. BUT Robert looked at my truck and notice l needed a wheel bearing and caliper. After doing a scan of my truck. He notified me that l needed Exhaust Manifold catalytic converters. I wasn't please but let said okay do the work. MAN OH MAN my truck runs like brand new. Car wouldn't start while we were out of town, so we were nowhere near our mechanic. Gentleman at the auto parts store suggested A to Z as "excellent" and after seeing the great reviews, called them up. They suggested a tow truck company for us who billed them (only 1 payment--handy!) and immediately came out to check the car, even though it was near closing and they were clearly busy. Recently, I took one of my cars into a dealer for warranty work and was reminded again why A to Z is the BEST place to take my cars. The dealer tried to scare me into almost $990 worth of scheduled maintenance. Robert, the owner of A to Z, always shoots straight with me on what he would do if it was his car. I typically don't take my car into a shop to do the work, I usually do it myself. However with a baby on the way and the need to get my brakes replaced (rotors, pads and calipers) I didn't have the time. Instead of getting gouged at a dealership I went to yelp and found A-Z!
