This place is near my job so I decided to give it a shot. My vehicle needed a tune up so I got it done. The guy offered to connect some equipment to my car to check out if there were some internal issues for free. Very nice guy, clean spot, fast and well done job. I even got my tires and air pressure checked out, and I didn't even pay. Its a great place and I'll be back for my other cars!
I can't say enough to thank the gang at A to Z! I have had some minor work done by them over the years, but they just recently rebuilt my transmission, replaced my front axles, installed very needed struts, and repaired a semi-firing spark-plug for me and the cost was a little cheaper than all other shops quoted in the area. Thanks guys! I'll be back someday (not too soon I hope!)
I take all of my personal and commercial vehicles to Rob and his team; have for years. It's tough to find an honest mechanic and I'm lucky we have with the team at A to Z. Quick story of their approach and honesty - I accidentally dropped a few dollars out of my pocket at their shop recently, Rob called and asked about the cash and had the money back in my possession immediately. Now that's what I call integrity!
While visiting area, needed brakes done. I knew that this could be a huge expense with repair shops that do not care about repeat customers. I saw this place on Yelp, and they were open, honest, and fair. I had a positive experience; not sure I can say that too often with regard to auto repairs.
I can say I'm one happy customer this shop is the best the customer service the work everything is on point and they make sure u and yo car is right hats off to this place if u want yo money worth and the job done right this the place I say again hats off they even help me out and the trouble came from another shop that had nothing to do with them one call came to them my troubles where over
A to Z is by far the best repair shop I've ever been to. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and has gone out of his way to make recommendations to save me time and money. Where other mechanics might look for unneccesary repairs or ways to make a buck, Robert's focus is on building honest relationships with his customers. The loyalty on display in other reviews is well-deserved.
I live in central Illinois and I was at a meeting in the Oak Brook area. When I came out of the meeting around 3:00 pm. there was a very large puddle of what appeared to be oil under my car. Because I had a 3 + hour drive home I was afraid to even attempt the drive. I needed a classic car inspection in the Chicago area and A to Z was recommended to me by a Mustang club member posting on a board. After contacting them and getting some background information, which includes restoration work, I was convinced that I would get a thorough inspection and I certainly did. Simply the best repair facility in all of Chicagoland! I can't begin to express my gratitude to Rob, Sandra and the group of true professionals at A to Z. I have visited the shop several times this year for basic oil changes, new tires and electrical/steering issues and each time the work is done promptly, for far less than I have ever paid going to a dealership.
