Disappointed with you A star. Lone working with very difficult clients at night should not be allowed, for the sake of the service users and staff. Fair amount of bullying from team leaders throwing their weight around. £400 taken off you for training if you leave within the year is blackmail if you ask me. Pestered a lot to work extra shifts when off work should be illegal! Time to pull your socks up I think.
Unfortunately A star did not value or support myself as a long term, hard working staff member. The slightly higher pay they offer is most definitely not worth dealing with the extremely challenging work especially completely alone, at night!. Made to work with vulnerable service users while I had symptomatic COVID as their Oncall staff refused to cover which is diabolical. Do not work for this company … no support from management at all and they will charge you £400 for training if you leave within 3 months plus no copy of contract will be given ..
