Just had a physio session with Ash for my shoulder impingement… and I’m still trying to figure out if I went to a clinic or accidentally signed up for a deep tissue reality check. Was recommended to Ash by a friend who had been and spoke highly of the treatment he had but after going for myself he was definitely undersold, Ash is unbelievable located the area causing pain straight away and after some work on the first session and some homework he had set I have been back feeling better than ever and now a regular client to keep on top of all my niggles and pains
