Very thorough inspection. He explained a lot to me as we walked through the house. It was more than an inspection, he explained how to maintain the home and mechanicals which was very helpful for a prospective first time home buyer.
Jess, was thorough and friendly during the inspection. He explained the methodology of his inspection and why in detail which was appreciated. Jess, never talked down to us and used explanations that were both technical and easy to understand. He pointed out both good and bad not just one or the other. Before the day's end he sent me a detailed report of his inspection and assured that we can contact him any time with questions. He was very personable and I would highly recommend his service.
Jess is extremely knowledgeable for all phases of home inspection. He also took time to explain each of his observations with me, making them easy to understand. I would definitely recommend him.

Jess gave us peace of mind when it came to deciding on our home. He was thorough with the inspection, took pictures of everything to put in a report, and took the time to explain/answer whatever questions we had.
