From booking an apartment till three week prior my arrival. the agent wrote a very brief email stating that the owner has decided not to lease the unit to avoid penalty, so I have to again spent time looking for alternative. the 26 Cliveden Place basement was the only choice with my similar budget range. Agent was not disclosing the exact address. where and how to pick up the keys, also I need to beg for an out of office number to reach few day's prior my arrival. We recently stayed in Ladbroke Crescent, a lovely bright and airy flat in a great part of London. The flat was very well presented and clean. The team at A Place Like Home were fantastic beginning to end. We will certainly be using A Place Like Home going forwards.
