Awful experience so far. My order is 6/7 days past the delivery date. Non existent customer service - save your money and go elsewhere

I am so pleased with the hat boxes that I bought - they’re a great size, sturdy enough and just the colour that I was looking for - but even better was the outstanding customer service that I received from Travis. He was so helpful when there was an issue with my delivery (that was Parcel Force’s fault, not his fault), I couldn’t have been more impressed - well deserving of a 5 star review.
Happy with product and good prices. Had previously bought storage boxes online (JL and Amazon), both times they arrived damaged. These boxes were perfect and undamaged.
