Gary was very efficient and conscientious the problem of damp seepage was not in his normal remit but he devised a solution and completed the job in a timely fashion with an offer of further back up if required.
I was very pleased with the service Gary provided. After a stain started appearing in the corner of my son’s room — which the survey identified as coming from the old chimney — we contacted Gary. He visited the property within a few days and resolved the problem. I also found his pricing to be very reasonable.
We have used APR for several years and the service has always been efficient and reliable. Would highly recommend.
Following high winds we lost some tiles from our roof. Contacted Gary at APR and he came round and fixed it perfectly. Fair price and very efficient service.
Gary came to me as a highly recommended tradesman and, after two visits, certainly doesn’t disappoint. On the first occasion he postponed his planned work to deal with an urgent problem that I had and, on the second, again responded very quickly. His charges were fair and clearly he is an experienced tradesman. I was impressed that on both occasions he messaged me to make sure that the issue was resolved and that I was happy with his work - that’s a nice touch.
