Not very nice - £30p/h per man to carry a single armchair downstairs before transport costs and when I queried whether it would take an hour to carry out the task of carrying a single armchair downstairs I was told he couldn't be sure because he'd never done it before - then he put the phone down on me! I will not be using this service!
