Extortionate incompetence served to you by ignoramuses. Severely astonished by the lack of communication from this place as it took over a month to replace one part of a small garden tool, to which the "mechanic" actually did damage my equipment and lost parts belonging to it. I took it back after complaint, again they exerted a lack of communication and when I eventually got my equipment back, the person at the counter didn't seem to know anything about it, what my complaint was and what was done to rectify it.
