Me and my partner went to this opticians when he was experiencing severe eye pain. They were so professional and spent loads of time getting to the root of the problem (which ended up being quite severe) We had previously been told that we didn’t even need to see a optician by vision express and Mackenzie’s were absolutely fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to everyone and we will definitely be going back if we ever need to - a really lovely optician and highly recommend.
Really kind and helpful when I turned up with no appointment and an urgent, complicated request. Very professional and went out of their way to help me out.
