I've had lots of massages with Sarah and they get better each time. She's the best therapist in Newquay. She goes way beyond a massage with a holistic approach which includes a meditation, smoke cleansing and sound healing. All in one session. Can't recommend her enough.

I visited Sarah after having a stressful week at work, and was looking for a bit of relaxation. As soon as I arrived at Sarah’s space, my body and mind completely felt at ease. This wasn’t just any massage, I came away feeling completely reset and renewed, with a sense of calm. Sarah has a magical energy which transports you into a world of serenity. It’s more than a massage, it’s restorative and soothing and left me feeling inspired! I can’t wait to go back again.
I recently had the 2 hour Reset Treatment with Sarah and it was such an amazing experience! Her attention to detail, from the beautifully curated room to the pre-session conversation, to the heavenly scents and sounds made this treatment truly unforgettable.
