Excellent service
Customer service was great, but the wait time was unbelievably long! I had a reservation and still waited over an hour just to get my car, which made me late for my trip. Now I’m returning the car, and the wait time isn’t any better.
Very professional and very kind
I use Enterprise a lot. This the first time I used the Riverdale ga location. The manager and staff are confused. I rented a car for two days from Saturday to Monday. I returned the car Monday before 9. There was employee standing outside and informed me that they dont open until 9 put the key in the box. Tuesday I called an talked to the manager about my down payment refund. The manager informed me that I was only getting back $180. She told me that I'm beeing charged an extra day because they car supposed to be back Sunday... read more
