Living in New Zealand, I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother`s Day, as requested the flowers were delivered on the Monday after Mother`s Day. Mom messaged to say the flowers had arrived and were beautiful. Thank you Sam for making my Mom`s Mother`s Day special from me and my family.

Absolutely unacceptable experience!!I ordered the “Harmonious” arrangement, and what was delivered was completely different—wrong flowers, wrong colors, wrong style. There was no resemblance whatsoever to what was advertised. This is not a substitution issue; it is outright misrepresentation. The florist later admitted to limited flower availability but failed to communicate this before delivery or seek approval for an alternative. absolutely disgusted by the customer service! i ordered a bouquet of flowers for my moms wedding anniversary (ordered the first picture as shown on the website) and second picture is what I received. In the description it stated roses, lilies etc and comes in a white gift bag. I did not receive any flower in my bouquet which was on the description as well as it turning up in a PURPLE aqua box. Just had flowers for my mom's funeral they were absolutely fabulous - Sam could not have been more helpful with the choice of flowers - would highly recommend - Thank you so much
