My garage door presented a problem recently so A-Door Solutions were contacted. The response and arranged appointment for the service and repair was very prompt and the engineer appointed to carryout the repair arrived in good time. Cory explained the problem and what was necessary to repair the garage door and going forward what I might need to keep any eye on in case any problems of a similar nature developed in the future. We had a tenant manually open an electric door. We called the company and they came out first thing the next day and fixed it within an hour. Excellent service from the team.

They dug us out of a hole, our shutter, not originally supplied by them, failed, trapping 12 cars in our garage. This company has engineers available to respond, subject to urgency of course, at all times, so instead of having to wait 2 - 4 weeks for a new motor, a-door Solutions came next day fitted a new motor, fit for the job, in and done before I knew it. Result is SO much quieter than before. Customer service 2nd to none. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Eternally grateful to you!

I had gates that were in a bit of a mess and didn’t work properly. A-door solutions was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions on how to fix them. Justin was exceptional, and the work they did looks amazing. Everything is meticulously planned and delivered with the highest quality of craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the gates and the exceptional work they’ve done.

I had 3 roller type doors fitted in Sept 2021, a first class job by Corey and co. Recently one of the doors had "blemishes" on the outside slats that I could not explain. However Andew Pitman (owner of A door solutions) spent a great deal of time liasing with the manufacturer to find a solution. Today they changed that roller door. When things go wrong it pays to have used a "good" company and A door solutions certainly delivered a very good customer experience. First class service and support.
