Though the doctor accepted medicaid patients, after the examination of my teeth, he said Masshealth may not accept the service fees . He even did not try to ask MassHealth or give alternative treatments. Masshealth had introduced this dentist. So i left the office disappointed.. My bridge hurts . However, the doctor was pleasant! I do not understand why they accept medicaid patients when they can not help them.

While Masshealth introduced this dentist for my treatment, the doctor said Masshealth pays for limited treatments .My bridge hurt and he said Masshealth may not pay for the tratment. . no more altrnatives such as dentures or so on. I left the office with my tooth problem unresolved. The doctor was pleasant, however!

Horrible customer service. I called to find out about insurance after emailing and not recieving a response. Person who answered the phone said they emailed, yet I have no email for them in ANY folder. When I stated this she screamed in my ear and hung up the phone. They came recommended yet persom who was on the phone was very rude each time I spoke with her. Decided to cancel appointment and find another dentist.

I had quite a few problems so the price was very important for me, this guys took care of all my issues. Love the service, very nice people. Thanks a lot, me and my family will your clients forever.

There was nothing but smiles the whole time I was there. All staff was supper polite and nice. The office runs in a timely manner so I was seen according to my appointment time. I didn't have to wait for a long time, as with my old office. I was very satisfied when I left the office and I definitely will be coming back!!
