Had 3 data points installed by ADI running externally. The worksmanship was 3-4*, reasonably satisfied but some small bits that could be tidier on the outside eg external cover plate not flush. Had agreed the location of external wires at the time of the works, up the side of the house and then across the front. Signed off on this at the time however on reflection we decided that we wanted the wires re-routing. Fantastic company. First class service. Fitted my system a few years ago. Needed new hard drive came straight out within a day and all back up and running no problems at all. Office staff very polite and professional I would highly recommend Gary and his without hesitation. First class service
Do not use this company, they can't even fit an aerial properly. They take your money (and they're expensive), do a poor installation and then fail to respond to your calls.
BEWARE- AVOID ADI Communications. Do not use this company. Customer service does not exist and as a customer l was verbally shouted at by rude and ill mannered Sophie. No apology by her behaviour. Advise and find another company to avoid disappointment and lack luster service from unprofessional so called company.
