1* - DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. Rented a property in Bristol (Classic House). Building is filled with hazardous black mold which they won't fix properly, and the way they set up the electric and heating systems means bills are 3x as expensive as they are in other properties of the same size. I had a great experience renting through Caci & Co in Bristol. I rented a flat with them for about a year and a half, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The flat was in great condition, and I loved living there. The team was always professional, and their communication was prompt and efficient throughout my tenancy. I never had any issues, and everything was handled seamlessly.
I rented the ground floor flat on their property on Walsingham road from August 2023 to the end of July 2024. I have had a great experience from start to finish. All encounters have been friendly and helpful and all emails have been responded to quickly. The flat is in perfect order and the only time when maintenance was needed due to a running faucet, the maintenance team came around the very next day and fixed it. At the end of my tenancy I received a full refund of my deposit.
Rude, belittling and defensive team, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM Whilst staying in one of Caci & Co’s properties, I have experienced a multitude of issues with the house itself and the communication with the office and maintenance team. We were told there were no existing problems with the property yet after only two months of living there, the entire roof was taken off claimed to be “essential maintenance”.
