Good company. They could have left me high and dry when an obstacle arose but instead they were helpful and worked with me to resolve the situation. Would use again. Thanks to the call handler and to the driver.

Dymock and/or RAC managed to mess up my car collection Friday 2/6/23. They were supposed to pick up the car keys from my address, then collect the broken down car at another location and deliver it to a specified car repair workshop in Edinburgh. They failed to do this because they didn't collect the car keys in the first place. Not helped by Dymock having an abrasive unfriendly person handling their incoming phone calls.

Just had the best experience with AC Dymock. My car blew its tyre and I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. They sent a truck to come get me and my toddler and got us and the car to the garage quickly and safely. Very professional service with super friendly and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Hi, had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely lady at Dymock recovery tonight, I can't remember her name for now. We had a dead battery on our new van and we were at an event catering for a charity Cancer event in Bathgate and she helped us out by sending an awesome recovery driver to help us. The lady was so helpful and caring and I'm sure it was her that allowed the driver to waive the recovery fee of £90. We are so grateful to you all but especially Kev and the lovely lady on the phone. Very quick to recover my van and take to be repaired And drop it off
